SpringHouse is a fine-dining destination for many. Menus are created daily by Chef Rob McDaniel that reflect the freshest local ingredients, and we regularly offer special dinners, too. These events usually fill up fast, so make your reservations today.

Sunday Night Supper

June 30 – 6pm

Sunday Night Supper is a family-style dinner that is slightly different from normal dinner service, with only one seating time. Doors open for cocktails and mingling at 6:00 pm with food served at 6:30 pm. We will limit these dinners to 80 guests. The cost is $50++ per person (not to include alcohol, which is charged by consumption), and $25++ per person for children under 12. Since family-style dinners are not like a normal dinner service, there will be no traditional dinner menu—instead, the menu will be crafted to include shareable dishes that Chef Rob has hand-selected to make for one delicious dinner.

Justin Baldwin purchased 160 acres in Paso Robles back in 1981 with a mission to make world-class Bordeaux-style blends. In 2000, The JUSTIN “ISOSCELES” was ranked the sixth best wine in the world by Wine Spectator.

Rich in fossilized limestone, JUSTIN’s soil is ideally suited to creating big, Bordeaux-style reds. The limestone “stresses” the vines, producing grapes that fully express their varietal character.

Paso Robles’ distinctive microclimate offers the widest day-night temperature swings of any grape-growing region in California. The hot days allow the grapes to develop intense flavor, while the cool nights create great structure and balance.

At JUSTIN, they combine traditional Old-World methods, like hand-harvesting and small-barrel aging in French oak, with New-World technology. Once the grapes are harvested, their winemakers gather to sort, select, age, taste, blend and decide what goes into every bottle.

Together, Executive Chef Rob McDaniel and Wine Director Daniel Goslin will be creating a four-course prix fixe menu, plus hors d’oeuvres and dessert, specifically designed to pair beautifully with the masterful wines from JUSTIN.
