Set a calendar reminder for Saturday, May 30 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm and join us for an authentic Chuck Wagon Cookout and the unveiling of the just-completed Verandas cabin on Russell Cabin Point. Beautifully appointed with furnishings by Siebels, the Verandas cabin is the perfect snapshot of the rustic and simply luxurious Lake Martin lifestyle. Cooks Stanley and Linda Ingram will be on hand serving up delicious food and drink from their authentic chuck wagon. After you’ve enjoyed some tasty vittles, climb aboard our horse-drawn wagons for a tour of Paddock Point, a soon-to-be released collection of 18 homesites on the edge of Kowaliga Basin with incredible water and forest views.

The upcoming release of Paddock Point also includes the addition of three new, talented architects to our design team: Alex Krumdieck of Birmingham and brothers, Jonathan and Scott Torode of Nashville and Montgomery, respectively. Get ready to see their take on lake life.
