As the name implies, the plan has at least two of every important feature. There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with a private bath; two private suites on the terrace level; two family rooms (one on each level); two laundry rooms (one on each level); two levels of outdoor living spaces; and two kitchens—one full (on main) and one kitchenette.

This new design was created for Russell Lands by Mitch Ginn and was recently enhanced to give extra space to the family rooms. We requested the last-minute enhancement to allow families and friends coming to the lake more room to see and talk to each other. That additional indoor space flows into expansive covered outdoor living space.

The Double Rock is being built on a beautiful, private lot in the South Ridge Harbor section of The Ridge. This very popular spot in The Ridge has multiple new homes currently underway.
