New Willows model home in final stages

J. David Homes, LLC, an affiliated builder with AR Homes^®, is nearing completion of their new furnished model waterfront home located in The Willows of Willow Point. It has been a year in the making, and a preliminary peek tells us that it will be worth the wait!

J. David Homes, LLC, a Birmingham, Alabama firm, is led by David Bonamy. His vision was to bring a plethora of upscale features to this beautiful waterfront home that are rarely found in one package. His hope was that this model home would give potential lake homeowners new ideas to consider as they begin the search and planning process for their lake home.

AR Homes^® is a well-respected national firm founded by Arthur Rutenburg. This company has a large portfolio of designs that may be built by affiliated companies, like J. David Homes, LLC. For this project, their in-house architectural team and designers worked with David and Russell Lands to create a beautiful lake home.

Their interior design team also gave valuable input on the plans and worked closely with David’s team on the selection of décor and furniture that are due to be installed in the home over the next week. After installation, the house will be held as a furnished model home for a full year. We think, after our preview, that the project will receive rave reviews.

The grand opening event for the new model home will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023. David and our Sales Executives will be on hand to show the new home and answer any questions our guests may have. Following this event, the home will be held open on weekends or shown by appointment.
