The second design, the Riverside Cottage, is a signature plan for the popular Georgia architect. His designs are consistently found in our communities and are designed specifically for Lake Martin. Special attention was given to create great lake views from all the key rooms of this house. Bob was able to create an easy walk out to the shoreline and then installed a large pier to access deep water for boating and swimming.
