The Ridge on Lake Martin

The Ridge is the largest lakefront community on Lake Martin. Over 500 properties have been developed and sold in this amenity-rich community. The Ridge boasts The Ridge Club, multiple parks, miles of trails, community boat launch, and Lake Martin’s largest marina, The Ridge Marina, and includes multiple phases with diverse property types.

An early favorite waterfront home in The Ridge is this lake home located at 49 Shady Ridge. This home, designed and built by renowned architect Bobby McAlpine, set a high bar for other architects to reach. We love the cool cabin feel in this multi-level charmer. The Heritage

This is the new master-planned community that has all of Lake Martin buzzing. The Heritage is an upscale, amenity-rich development. The first completed amenity is the beautiful and private Wicker Point Golf Club with the Coore & Crenshaw-designed course. Golf Digest recognized this course as one of the top three new courses in 2023. The other key amenity, The Benjamin Lake Club, is under construction and scheduled to open in June of 2025.
