The agents in Lake Martin Realty’s Dadeville office are out there again to raise support for the Tallapoosa Girls Ranch in Camp Hill. There’s still time to register and participate. Four-person teams are $600, and the proceeds directly benefit the girls. Please call 256.825.9092 to sign up!

About the Tallapoosa Girls Ranch
Opened in 1973 by the Alabama Sheriffs’ Association, the Tallapoosa County Girls Ranch is located on property donated by Mr. James D. “Duck” Samford. Currently, the campus consists of three ranch homes, three staff houses, an office, chapel, gym, pool, pond, and various support buildings. The ranchers attend the Reeltown School System, where they are involved in various extra-curricular activities. They are very active in youth programs and attend local churches. Ranch highlights include an annual beach trip, day at the water park, spa day, various camp experiences, Atlanta Braves game, Columbus Cottonmouths hockey game, fashion show, nursing home ministry, church food ministry, and visit to Children’s Hospital. They hold Christmas parties for their young ladies, in addition to spring and fall fundraising events.
The Girls Ranch works in a family-based setting.
